Artcard and Greeting Card purchases are non-refundable, but Fawtel Art will trade out unsold, perfect-condition cards as even exchanges on up to 20% of total Fawtel Art stock. This applies to cards only; not to envelopes. A 50% deposit initiates all orders. Order time for most orders is ten days from order to delivery.
